Age and Eligibility

4.2 Account Deactivation
If a user wishes to voluntarily close their account, a formal request must be submitted through the support team. Any pending transactions must be completed and any withdrawable balance must be withdrawn before the account is closed.
4.3 Prolonged Inactivity
If there are no transactions or logins for 180 days or more, the account may be considered inactive. In such a case, ckk4 will notify the user and provide an opportunity to reactivate the account.
Deposits and Withdrawals
Specific methods and limits apply to depositing and withdrawing funds on ckk4.
5.1 Deposit Methods and Limits
The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including BRAC Bank and Dutch-Bangla Bank). Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the user's own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited.
5.2 Withdrawal Methods and Limits
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Withdrawals can only be made to the payment method used for the deposit — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or bank transfer.
5.3 Verification Process
For large withdrawal amounts, ckk4 may request additional identity verification or documents. The withdrawal process may be on hold until verification is complete. This is part of ensuring security.
Bonuses and Promotions
ckk4 offers various promotional offers, each with its own terms.
6.1 Welcome Bonus
New members can receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,500; the wagering requirement for this bonus is ৳1,500 × 20 = ৳30,000.
6.2 Wagering Requirements
Wagering requirements apply to each bonus. Bonus funds become withdrawable after being wagered a specified number of times. For the welcome bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times.
6.3 General Bonus Rules
- A bonus offer may not be used more than once.
- If bonus abuse or manipulation is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings may be cancelled.
- The validity period of a bonus is stated in each offer's description; unused bonuses expire automatically at the end of that period.

Betting and Gaming Rules
7.1 Finality of Results
Game results are determined by the relevant game provider's system. If the result of a game is unclear due to a technical error, ckk4 reserves the right to void that round.
7.2 Sports Betting
For sports bets, the official result of the event applies. If a match or event does not start at the scheduled time or is abandoned mid-way, the bet will be cancelled or settled according to the applicable rules.
7.3 Minimum and Maximum Bet Limits
Minimum and maximum bet limits are set for each game or betting market and are clearly shown in the game interface. It is not possible to place a bet outside these limits.
7.4 Multi-Bet and Combo Bet
Multi-bets can be placed by combining several selections. However, if all selections are not correct, the entire bet is lost. In a multi-bet, the odds of each selection are multiplied together, which increases the total return but also increases the risk.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ckk4 platform:
- Operating more than one account in the same person's name.
- Accessing another person's account or placing bets on their behalf.
